Belle Fleur

belle

I believe that to create a sustainable and lasting impact beyond creating something beautiful, the gestures, deeds and ethics behind the business of the wedding industry should match the beauty of my craft (floral design) .

From a place of deep spiritual push and some sacrifice, I have never turned away a customer. I create something beautiful for every budget because I feel that there is something valuable in the person as much as the transaction however big or small.

From a place of hope, the charity organization I champion is Current of Tampa, founded by a man I admire deeply Jason Sowell. He is also a fellow vendor “he puts people together.” It is a practical direct impact charity that has an amazing ripple effect on the community and those who donate, organize & participate.

From a place of kindness, I encourage my brides to enjoy the beauty of what I create for their event, but then to repurpose the flowers post event to Random Acts of Flowers, what could be better than brightening someone who is sick’s day.

From the ground up, I do not buy flowers out of their season in this hemisphere. I do not use pesticides, sustainers, chemicals or any treatments that have harmful compounds in them. To be a good steward of the earth is the remember that living in the now requires conscience choices in business practices. This has local and global implications.
