How we give back
Without A Hitch is a day-of event coordination service for the hands-on bride, groom, or celebrant. You’ve spent months (probably years, even decades) planning your event, and making sure every detail is in place. You’ve planned, you’ve tasted and tested, you’ve booked, and you’re ready. Too often, celebrants rely on friends and family to carry out the plans on the big day. Leave it to the professionals! Services include: -Pre-event planning sessions -Vendor coordination (caterer, band/DJ, venue) -Ceremony supervision -Reception management Without A Hitch is devoted to giving back on a deep level within our New England community. Without A Hitch does all of the event planning for Boston-based nonprofit Andrew Graham Semper Fi Fund and their Boston River Run 5K fundraiser. Annually, this in-kind work is estimated at about $10,000 provided pro bono. The road race fundraiser raised over $30,000 for the nonprofit last year, which allowed them to endow a scholarship in memory of a local US Marine Corps Corporal. Without A Hitch is pleased to continue this support of the nonprofit. In 2014, for the first time, we set up a booth at the expo at the race, and spoke to many of the 1,000+ participants and volunteers. Without a Hitch is committed to our clients and our community.
